This is a generic name that includes insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides and synthetic fertilisers. It encompasses all formulations used to kill or control pests, diseases and act as plant growth stimulants in fields. Under this segment we have granulated and water soluble fertilisers that are used by farmers. We also keep a small fraction of organic fertilisers to cater for those farmers who prefer environmentally friendly products.
